Experiencing Chrome Issues: Black Screen?; Not Seeing Presentations?; Can't Access Chat Room? Here are some things to try to fix the problem:

  1. Click on the 3 dot menu in the top right of Chrome
  2. Go down to 'More Tools' and over to 'Clear Browsing Data'
  3. This will open an advanced settings window.
  4. The students can clear cookies and cached images and files.  

What Do I Do If My Student's Chrome Has Physical Damage (ie:cracked screen, water damage, etc.)?

Effective immediately, the HCPSS Technology Support Center site at the Ascend One HCPSS Conference Center is closed for device exchanges, returns and support. HCPSS staff are working to find another nearby location to house a third support center site.

The following two Technology Support Centers will continue to operate as scheduled:

  • Old Bushy Park Elementary School, Room E2 (door to the left of the front entrance), 2690 Route 97, Glenwood (Building is between Glenwood Middle School and Bushy Park Elementary School)
  • Applications Research Laboratory (ARL), Room B37 (door to the right of the front entrance), 10920 Clarksville Pike

Hours of operation are Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 7:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m., and Tuesday and Thursday from 2-5 p.m. Please note that Technology Support Centers are closed any day that HCPSS offices are closed. During the HCPSS winter break, all support sites will be closed from Thursday, December 24 through Monday, December 28, and Thursday, December 31 through Friday, January 1. The sites will be open on Tuesday, December 29 and Wednesday, December 30.
