Effective immediately, the HCPSS Technology Support Center site at the Ascend One HCPSS Conference Center is closed for device exchanges, returns and support. HCPSS staff are working to find another nearby location to house a third support center site.
The following two Technology Support Centers will continue to operate as scheduled:
Hours of operation are Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 7:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m., and Tuesday and Thursday from 2-5 p.m. Please note that Technology Support Centers are closed any day that HCPSS offices are closed. During the HCPSS winter break, all support sites will be closed from Thursday, December 24 through Monday, December 28, and Thursday, December 31 through Friday, January 1. The sites will be open on Tuesday, December 29 and Wednesday, December 30.
