- UNINSTALL CHROME EXTENSIONS
- CLEAR THE CACHE AND COOKIES BY DOING THE FOLLOWING:
- Click on the 3 dot menu in the top right of Chrome
- Go down to 'More Tools' and over to 'Clear Browsing Data'
- This will open an advanced settings window.
- The students can clear cookies and cached images and files.
CHROMEBOOK RESET INSTRUCTIONS
What Do I Do If My Student's Chrome Has Physical Damage (ie:cracked screen, water damage, etc.)?
Effective Monday, March 28, the Technology Support Center at Old Bushy Park will be closed until further notice, and the Old Center Lane site hours of operation will be adjusted to two days a week: Wednesdays, 11:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. and Fridays, 7:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
Beginning Monday, March 28, 2022
Students and staff may visit the Technology Support Center at Old Cedar Lane, gymnasium (follow outer signs to door around left side of building), 5451 Beaverkill Road, Columbia.
Note! The location is an old school building not located at the same site as the current Cedar Lane School. Anyone seeking assistance should go to the location listed above and not go to or call the current school regarding the Technology Support Center.
Hours of Operation:
- Wednesdays: 11:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
- Fridays: 7:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m.
Please note that Technology Support Center is closed any day that HCPSS offices are closed.
